If PAI-1 Activity is found to be deficient, this test will reflex to the PAI-1 Gene Polymorphism for an additional $139.00. If the Factor V is found to be deficient, this test will reflex to the Factor V Leiden Mutation for an additional $99.00. Your written approval of this estimate is your agreement and understanding that you will be charged for this follow-up testing once we receive notice of the charge from the lab.
